Condition is brand new, not a single scratch or crease in the leather.
Soles are totally clean too.

Left side is size 6, insole measures 10.25", outsole 11.5"
Right side is 6.5, insole measures 10.5", outsole 11.5"
Based on measurements, the half size difference is really not an issue!
